To all with much gratitude: On October 30, 2019, I discovered that we had no hot water. Our daughter went downstairs to see what she might learn about this and discovered that water was gushing from the top of the water heater. I called Putman & Sons Plumbing immediately as we have appreciated their services for many years. I explained what was happening and further explained that my husband is very seriously ill and is being cared for at home. We have caregivers who need access to hot water to properly care for him around the clock. I was deeply upset. I spoke with Michelle who explained that the crews had all been dispatched for the day but she would see what she could do. By that afternoon, we had a new larger lovely AO Smith hot water heater in place which was producing plenty of hot water for the care of our patient along with the needs of the family and additional caregivers on site. In addition, the technicians were sensitive to the situation and took great care to meet the largest and smallest details of this installation. They efficiently removed the old machine, hauled it away, installed the new machine, exchanged some faulty parts, removed and hauled away all debris from the job, and left the work site clean. I can’t imagine calling any other company than Putman & Sons Plumbing for all plumbing needs great and small. They are exceptionally professional and caring. Many thanx for coming out at 2:32 AM our hot water tank blew up and water was all over the basement. We called couple of places and left the messages crying for help, Putman and Sons came through for us. It was very much appreciated, if you never had a water tank blew up and flood your basement words can’t describe the scene. They came and stopped the problem, followed up with morning visit to install new unit. This calls for a big thank you, and to be shared with the world.
