We had two leaking shower valves that needed new Delta cartridges. Putman & Sons got us scheduled quickly, showed up on time, and fixed both in a single visit using original Delta parts. The technician was knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and explained everything along the way. The leaks are completely gone, and the bathroom was left spotless. I can't say enough good things about Putman & Son's Plumbing! Our hot water heater broke on a Friday afternoon, and they were able to get someone out the very same day. Jennifer answered the phone and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. She even provided all of the pricing upfront without me having to ask, which I really appreciated. Louis handled the service call, and he was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job replacing our hot water heater. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. This was our first plumbing issue as homeowners, and it's such a relief to know we now have a company we can trust and call if anything ever happens again. I hired Putman & Sons to clear a blockage in my refrigerator water line which stopped our ice maker and water dispenser from working properly. Dewayne and Andrew did a great job of flushing and clearing the line with minimal disruption to us. They left the work area very clean afterwards.
